Digital design methodology
From the design of our projects to building construction and use, we consistently work with a digital building model. It consolidates all data in a single place while also serving as a communication platform for all project stakeholders.
The virtual building twin visualizes the design in a 3D model to anticipate and simulate the as-built condition. At the same time, it is enriched with digital building information, such as on materials and construction methods as well as costs and schedules. In this way, it interlinks the accumulated knowledge of architects, technical plannersdesigners, and clients.
Since all stakeholders work directly in the model, current data is reliable and available in real time. This makes collaboration more efficient and speeds up decision-making processes. Data is stored in a structured manner to generate accurate analyses and visualizations while allowing for transparent cost control.
